That is all. - Credits never expire, and there is no monthly reset or rollover cap. - Subscription credits stack on top of the balance you already have. - A failed generation is refunded automatically, without a ticket. - Credit packs need no subscription. Buy once, spend whenever. - Cancel from your profile without emailing anyone. It runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you see the date. - A person answers [support@azurade.com](mailto:support@azurade.com). The long version of why we will not sell expiring credits is [on the blog](https://azurade.com/blog/expiring-ai-credits/). ## Paying without a subscription Dollar prices use the 1,000-credit pack rate. ### Is there an AI image generator, no subscription needed? Yes. Azurade AI is an AI image generator, no subscription needed: a Nano Banana image costs 2 credits ($0.06) from a one-time pack. ### Can I use an AI video generator, no subscription required? Yes. An 8-second Veo 3.1 Fast clip costs 30 credits ($0.90) from a one-time pack, with no plan. ### Do the credits expire? No. They stay on your balance with no monthly reset, including after you cancel a plan. ### What happens if a generation fails? The credits go back to your balance automatically. ### Is pay per use cheaper than a subscription? If you spend a full allowance every month, a plan costs less per credit. If you work in bursts, a pack wastes nothing. ### Who runs Azurade AI? Dubir Group LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (HE 394277). Payments go through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record.
