Our own terms, in one place
Since these pages hold other companies to their published terms, here are ours. They are what the code does, not a marketing promise.
- Credits never expire. The balance is a counter that only moves when you add to it or spend it. There is no monthly reset, no rollover cap, and no expiry date.
- Subscription credits stack. A quiet month leaves the balance where it was, and the next drop lands on top of it.
- A failed generation is refunded automatically. No ticket, no support queue, no waiting on a human to agree with you.
- Cancelling takes two clicks in your own profile, ends at the close of the period you already paid for, and shows you the date.
- One-time credit packs need no subscription. Buy credits, spend them whenever, stop whenever.
